Custom CNC Fabrication
Irvine Electro-Optics hosts full-scale CNC fabrication capabilities and experience. IEO's wide range of services are capable of accomplishing any mission.
Custom Mechanical Design
To the left is a custom mechanical design for a low-cost rover system made for an international robotics competition. The design focused on a high stability rocker-bogie platform with a high load robotic arm, LIDAR system, and end-effector capable of switching to multiple tools.
Custom Electronics and PCB Design
To the right is custom circuit board IEO designed and programmed to control a single-stage liquid rocket up to 100,000ft. Capable of data logging at 200khz, reading 10 thermocouples, controlling up to 10 solenoids, driving a 15 amp DC motor, reading 15 analog sensors, and features 13 on-board current sensors.
